Digital Music Distribution Agreement
Binding terms governing the delivery, global streaming ingestion, copyright administration, and royalty settlements between A.N Sangeet, Munex Digital, and Independent Artists & Record Labels.
1. Scope of Grant of Rights
By submitting sound recordings, musical compositions, metadata, and associated artwork through A.N Sangeet in collaboration with Munex Digital, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to ingest, encode, deliver, and sublicense your musical recordings to authorized Digital Service Providers (DSPs) including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, TikTok, JioSaavn, Wynk Music, Deezer, Tidal, and affiliate streaming platforms.
This license is non-exclusive. You retain full freedom to distribute other master recordings elsewhere or sign parallel commercial agreements.
2. Royalties & Accounting Settlements
Under your selected distribution tier:
- 100% Royalty Payout: You retain up to 100% of all net receipts received directly from DSPs attributable to your catalog, free of hidden ingestion commissions or distribution deductions.
- Monthly Accounting Statements: Royalty statements are calculated and reconciled on a monthly basis, aligned with DSP reporting calendars (typically 45–60 days following the reporting month).
- Indian & Global Payouts: Withdrawals are disbursed through Direct Indian Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and international wire / PayPal without arbitrary withdrawal penalty fees.
3. Metadata, ISRC & Delivery Standards
To maintain high delivery integrity across international DSPs, you agree to supply compliant content:
- Lossless audio format (16-bit or 24-bit WAV / FLAC, 44.1kHz or higher).
- Original cover artwork meeting 3000×3000 pixel dimensions, RGB color space, without promotional pricing, URLs, or misleading branding.
- Accurate composer, lyricist, producer, and performer metadata. A.N Sangeet issues genuine ISRC and UPC barcodes without additional per-release charge.
4. YouTube Content ID & Rights Protection
If enabled, Munex Digital and A.N Sangeet will register sound recordings with the YouTube Content ID and Meta Rights Manager systems. You confirm that you control 100% of the exclusive master recording rights and that no third-party unlicensed samples, public domain loops, or uncleared beats are contained within the submission.
5. Term, Takedown & Cancellation
You may request a takedown of any or all releases at any time through our catalog dashboard or via written notice to info@ansangeet.com. Takedown notices are queued to DSPs within 48 business hours. We charge ₹0 / $0 takedown penalty fees.
6. Warranties & Indemnification
You represent and warrant that you are the sole author or authorized representative of the submitted musical works, have secured all necessary mechanical licenses and performer authorizations, and that the content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or trademark rights.
